A family owned business that
began in Venezuela in 1978,
created mainly to produce
Tabasco Hot Peppers for the
Mcilhenny Company,
manufacturers of the famed
Tabasco Hot Sauce.


Since 1992 we have been
located in Ecuador and Peru,
where we have expanded our
products and now additionally
grow, process and export
Jalapeño and Habanero
peppers for the food industry.


Our production areas consists
of roughly 700 hectares of
planted hot pepper a year,
with year round product
availability.


Both our main production plants in Ecuador and Peru are HACCP and BASC certified.
