One of our main clients has been the Mcilhenny company, manufacturers of the famed Tabasco hot sauce, for whom we have been supplying hot pepper mash from Ecuador since 1993.

ProAji is currently Ecuador's largest hot pepper producer and exporter, and we have been operating in South America since 1973, previously having worked in Colombia and Venezuela.

Our main warehouse, and processing plants are located in Santo Domingo de Los Colorados, a town located about two hours from the capital, Quito, and in Piura, northern Peru.

We have several additional satellite processing stations located in different strategic regions of both countries. This mainly because we have established production areas in different parts of the country.

Total production area for peppers varies from season to season, but we normally have between 300 to 600 acres in production at any given time.

We do not plant these peppers all ourselves, as we contract with local farmers as well. We also maintain a staff of 4 field agronomists supervising and supporting the crops and the farmers.

Our headquarters are located in Quito, and we also have agents and product in inventory in the United States as well.

Our main export ports are Guayaquil, Ecuador's largest city (about 2 million), and Paita from Northern Peru. Transit time to the port of Miami, Florida is about 25 days.

Our products can be quoted placed in client's warehouse or FOB Guayaquil/Paita. General terms and conditions are lead-time 21 days, and payments are done via letter of credit or by collection.
